1. Is it normal for a quartz watch to have a small time difference?

Yes. Quartz watches are generally more accurate than automatic mechanical watches, but a small time difference may still occur.

The accuracy may vary depending on the quartz movement, battery condition, temperature, impact, and daily use.

In general, a quartz watch may have a monthly accuracy variation of about ±15 to ±30 seconds. This is a normal characteristic of quartz watches and is not considered a quality problem.

2. Does a quartz watch need a battery?

Yes. A quartz watch is powered by a battery.

The battery life depends on the movement, functions, storage time, and usage habits. If the watch stops, runs slowly, or the second hand moves abnormally, the battery may need to be replaced.

3. Why did the watch stop after I received it?

If the quartz watch stops after delivery, the possible reasons may include:

1. The crown is pulled out to save battery during transportation.

2. The battery power is low.

3. The watch was affected by impact during shipping.

4. The movement needs to be checked.

Please first push the crown back to the normal position. If the watch still does not work, please contact us for assistance.

4. Why does the second hand jump every few seconds?

Some quartz movements may use a low-battery reminder function. When the battery is low, the second hand may jump every 2 or 4 seconds instead of moving every second.

If this happens, please replace the battery as soon as possible.

Please note: not all quartz movements have this function. If you are not sure, please contact us.

5. How to adjust the time?

Pull the crown to the time-setting position and turn it gently to set the correct time.

After adjustment, please push the crown back to the normal position.

If the watch has a screw-down crown, please screw the crown down tightly after setting the time to maintain water resistance.

6. Can I adjust the date at any time?

For watches with a date function, please avoid adjusting the date between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM.

During this period, the date mechanism may be working. Adjusting the date at this time may damage the calendar mechanism or cause the date to change incorrectly.

To adjust the date safely, please move the hands away from this time period first.

7. How to use the chronograph function?

For chronograph watches, the top button usually starts and stops the chronograph, and the bottom button usually resets it.

Please do not press the reset button while the chronograph is still running. Stop the chronograph first, then reset it.

The exact operation may vary by model. Please refer to the product description or user manual.

8. Why does the chronograph hand not return to zero?

After long-distance transportation, impact, battery replacement, or incorrect operation, the chronograph hand may not return exactly to zero.

This is usually not a movement defect. Many quartz chronograph watches can be reset through a calibration operation.

9. Can I keep the chronograph running all the time?

We do not recommend keeping the chronograph running continuously for a long time.

Long-term use of the chronograph function may consume more battery power and shorten battery life.

For daily time display, please keep the chronograph stopped and reset.

10. Is the watch waterproof?

If the product page shows a water resistance rating, the watch can resist water according to that rating under normal conditions.

Please make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before contact with water.

Do not operate the crown or buttons when the watch is wet.

11. Can I wear the watch while showering, swimming, or in hot water?

It may decrease over time due to daily wear, impact, aging seals, battery replacement, temperature changes, or improper use.

After battery replacement, we recommend checking the sealing ring and water resistance if the watch is frequently exposed to water.

13. What should I do if there is moisture inside the watch?

Slight fog or water vapor may appear when the watch experiences a sudden temperature change.

Please make sure the crown is fully closed and place the watch in a dry, ventilated area. Light vapor may gradually disappear.

If there are visible water drops inside the watch, please stop wearing it and contact us as soon as possible.

14. Why does the luminous effect look weak?

The luminous hands and markers need to absorb light before glowing in the dark.

15. Is the sapphire crystal scratch-proof?
